Salary: $50,000 - $54,000 yearly

What you will do
- Handle incoming and outbound consumer requests professionally via phone, email, and chat.
- Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and position appropriate product solutions.
- Educate consumers on product features and specifications to improve their quality of life.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process and resolve sizing or compatibility issues.
- Maintain accurate consumer records using CRM platforms like Salesforce and Brightree.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product development and quality teams to provide consumer feedback.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree with 0-1 years of related experience.
- Ability to adhere to HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines when handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple software tools and CRM platforms simultaneously.
- Capacity for prolonged stationary work and constant headset use.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a call center, inside sales, or collections.
- Work experience within the healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment independently.
