What you will do

• Handle incoming and outbound consumer requests professionally via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and position appropriate product solutions.
• Educate consumers on product features and specifications to improve their quality of life.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process and resolve sizing or compatibility issues.
• Maintain accurate consumer records using CRM platforms like Salesforce and Brightree.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product development and quality teams to provide consumer feedback.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree with 0-1 years of related experience.
• Ability to adhere to HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines when handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple software tools and CRM platforms simultaneously.
• Capacity for prolonged stationary work and constant headset use.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a call center, inside sales, or collections.
