Location: Remote (US), operating hours Monday - Friday 9a-5p PST
Salary: $27.38 - $39.12 per hour

What you will do
- Triage and respond to inbound communications via phone, chat, e-fax, and email within set service levels.
- Provide ordering support and perform outreach to customers regarding missing information or ordering issues.
- Create and qualify new accounts and resolve portal login and contact management issues.
- Provide detailed information on products and services to current and prospective customers and patients.
- Ensure strict compliance and accuracy when handling sensitive patient information.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Client Services, preferably in healthcare.
- Proficiency with Mac, Google Suite, Salesforce, and communication tools (e.g., 8x8 or Vonage).
- Conversational fluency in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work remotely within PST operating hours (9a-5p).
Nice to have
- Experience with commercial diagnostic testing laboratories.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and related best practices.
- Familiarity with cancer screening and primary care workflows.
- Proven track record of high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
