Benefits Manager

Location: Must be based in the UK. Hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the Osterley office.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day benefits delivery for the UK and Ireland, ensuring high-quality employee experience.
• Coordinate benefits management across international markets, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement of the benefits platform through system testing and configuration.
• Manage end-to-end supplier relationships, including performance monitoring against SLAs and KPIs.
• Support annual benefits renewals and strategic operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Technology, and Finance to ensure alignment on benefits priorities.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory (no sponsorship provided).
• Proven experience managing employee benefits across multiple countries.
• Strong understanding of regional market practices and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to data governance and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience administering benefits platforms such as Darwin.
• Working knowledge of Workday and payroll systems.
• Experience in supplier governance and vendor management.
