TL;DR

HR Generalist (Fintech): Managing the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration with an accent on operational efficiency and data-driven reporting. Focus on optimizing People operations through AI and modern tooling while supporting the UK team's growth in the brokerage sector.

Location: London, England. Must be in the office a minimum of three days per week.

hirify.global is a financial services firm modernizing the brokerage ecosystem with a cloud-native clearing and custody system.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, and interview coordination internationally.
  • Own the onboarding experience and maintain compliant employee records in the HRIS.
  • Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, renewals, and provider liaison.
  • Produce MI reporting and data trackers in Excel to surface trends for stakeholders.
  • Support annual cycles for performance management and compensation.
  • Improve HR processes and policies using AI and automation tools.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in an HR or People operations role.
  • Professional experience within the financial services industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a similar discipline.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
  • Location: Must be based in London and able to work from the office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Interest in AI tools for HR efficiency.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent study.
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms.
