• Maintain accurate records and support people analytics and audits.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards roles.
• Solid understanding of labor laws, statutory contributions, and tax regulations.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS systems and spreadsheets.
• Clear communication skills for handling employee-facing queries.
