What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of UK People Services, including administration and payroll processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operational workflows and enhance the employee experience.
• Manage, coach, and develop the People Operations team, including HR Ops, Payroll, and Project Managers.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, and global People teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective service delivery.
• Act as the primary operational escalation point for Country and LoB People Business Partners and Directors.
• Lead and contribute to country-level and global People transformation and system implementation projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing People operations and payroll in complex, multi-LoB environments.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (SuccessFactors preferred) and local UK regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
