What you will do

• Lead customer implementations by owning solution design and technical implementation for customer integrations across accounting, commerce, and banking platforms.
• Act as a trusted advisor on API usage, data mapping, and integration architecture to ensure scalable and reliable implementations.
• Provide voice of the customer by influencing feature requests and the product roadmap based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to identify product gaps, propose enhancements, and shape new capabilities.
• Own the full customer journey and further build an agentified process to automate customer onboarding and pursue expansion opportunities.
• Enable customers by developing sample apps, implementation guides, internal documentation, and demo flows that accelerate customer success.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Forward-Deployed Engineer, or similar.
• Experience working with REST APIs, integration design, and developer workflows.
• Excellent communication skills to lead technical discussions and explain complex topics clearly to business stakeholders.
• Builder mindset: create demos, write documentation, and solve problems end to end.
• Experience in a highly collaborative, fast-paced startup environment.
• Must be based in New York City and able to work hybrid at the Flatiron, Manhattan office.
