Salary: $120,000–$167,000

What you will do

• Lead technical implementations and project engagements for multiple client accounts.
• Design and propose technical architectures that align with client business objectives.
• Support API integrations and perform end-to-end testing for client production readiness.
• Advise clients on data vendor integrations and facilitate product adoption.
• Create technical documentation, FAQs, and best-practice guides for client success.
• Collaborate with implementation managers to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in supporting complex technical products in a client-facing role.
• Strong background in REST APIs and software development (Node.js, Python, or frontend frameworks like React).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to travel occasionally for client on-sites.
• Must be comfortable with a hybrid work schedule at our NYC headquarters.

• Previous experience working in a fintech startup or the KYC/Compliance domain.
