What you will do

• Analyze customer business challenges to design tailored solutions on the Appian platform.
• Lead the technical pre-sales process, delivering architecture presentations and demos to secure technical wins.
• Translate complex business needs into innovative technical requirements and solution designs.
• Manage technical content for proposals and RFPs, including effort estimates and integration strategies.
• Collaborate with Tech Partners and client executives to drive cloud-enabled digital transformation.
• Stay updated on competition and market trends to maintain differentiated solution positioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of software development experience, specifically with the Appian platform.
• 2+ years of experience in Pre-Sales or Sales Engineering.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, C++, JavaScript, or SQL.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship (no H-1B, L-1, TN, etc.).
• Ability to maintain a working schedule of 8:30am - 5:30pm EST, Monday through Friday.
