What you will do

• Manage long-term strategic supplier relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
• Request, evaluate, and negotiate extensive bids to meet cost reduction and quality targets.
• Implement complex procurement relationships and lead contract negotiations.
• Identify market trends and recommend strategic actions for procurement optimization.
• Collaborate with global lead buyers and cross-functional internal teams.
• Oversee the search, evaluation, and approval process for new suppliers.

Requirements

• Professional degree: Business, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience: 10 to 15 years in contract negotiations and automotive product knowledge.
• English: Business level proficiency required.
• Technical knowledge: Proficiency in IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and risk analysis.
• Tools: Strong command of Microsoft Office and statistical troubleshooting tools.
