What you will do

• Own strategic sourcing across key spend categories including SaaS, cloud infrastructure, marketing, and real estate.
• Build scalable procurement frameworks, policies, and governance to enable business velocity.
• Partner with Legal and Security teams on contract lifecycle management and third-party risk practices.
• Lead complex vendor negotiations for new contracts and renewals to drive cost optimization.
• Establish procurement workflows and tooling to improve visibility, audit-ability, and internal client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with accounting on month-end accruals, coding accuracy, and PO hygiene.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London or New York City.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management.
• Track record of building procurement functions from scratch.
• Significant experience negotiating complex SaaS, cloud, professional services, and real estate contracts.
• Deep expertise in sourcing strategy, vendor selection, and supplier performance management.
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on with strong cross-functional partnership skills.
