What you will do

• Own the connective layer across performance marketing, lifecycle engagement, attribution, and web/commerce experiences.
• Define and align attribution frameworks, measurement standards, and audience activation strategies.
• Translate business priorities into scalable operational and technical solutions across marketing, product, and engineering.
• Partner with analytics teams to improve visibility into acquisition, retention, and monetization metrics.
• Establish integrated roadmaps, governance processes, and operating rhythms for growth initiatives.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment across a highly matrixed organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of attribution methodologies, ROI measurement, and customer lifetime value.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions across marketing and engineering teams.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of experience building and scaling marketing technology or growth systems.
• Experience in gaming, entertainment, subscription, or consumer digital businesses.
• Deep knowledge of conversion APIs, identity solutions, and customer data ecosystems.
