What you will do

• Shape and deliver digital strategies within specific campaigns or defined scopes.
• Coordinate execution across multiple parallel digital workstreams to ensure cohesion.
• Lead campaign initiatives from concepting through delivery, including briefs and reviews.
• Align objectives across marketing, product, studios, and external agency teams.
• Optimize campaign performance using data and performance insights.
• Identify opportunities for engaging social content across multiple digital channels.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of relevant experience operating at a campaign-level scope.
• Proven experience executing across multiple digital marketing channels.
• Experience leading projects with multiple partners and stakeholders, including agencies.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Santa Monica, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming or entertainment marketing.
• Experience with content production, social platforms, or community ecosystems like Discord.
• Experience supporting global or multi-market campaigns.
• Familiarity with copywriting and social analytics tools.
