Salary: $115,000 – $135,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop a specialized roadmap of social ecosystems and platforms unique to Asian American gamers.
• Execute test-and-learn media strategies to identify high-acquisition channels and messaging styles.
• Lead social and digital campaign execution using A/B testing to optimize creative hooks.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze performance dashboards to course-correct campaigns in real-time.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, content, and leadership teams to shape strategic initiatives.
• Manage agency partners to uncover high-impact, culturally resonant niche opportunities.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Korean or Chinese (reading and writing) is required.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in El Segundo, CA.
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Product Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
• Proven experience developing GTM initiatives based on gaming audience insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Data Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using consumer data and research tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Chinese social media ecosystems (e.g., RedNote, Bilibili, WeChat, Weibo).
• Strong familiarity with MapleStory.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
