Location: Hybrid in El Segundo, CA (must be in office 2-3x a week)
Salary: $115,000 – $135,000 per year

What you will do
- Develop a specialized roadmap of social ecosystems and platforms unique to Asian American gamers.
- Execute test-and-learn media strategies to identify high-acquisition channels and messaging styles.
- Lead social and digital campaign execution using A/B testing to optimize creative hooks.
- Monitor KPIs and analyze performance dashboards to course-correct campaigns in real-time.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, content, and leadership teams to shape strategic initiatives.
- Manage agency partners to uncover high-impact, culturally resonant niche opportunities.
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in Korean or Chinese (reading and writing) is required.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in El Segundo, CA.
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Product Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
- Proven experience developing GTM initiatives based on gaming audience insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Data Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using consumer data and research tools.
Nice to have
- Experience with Chinese social media ecosystems (e.g., RedNote, Bilibili, WeChat, Weibo).
- Strong familiarity with MapleStory.
- Experience mentoring junior team members.
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
