What you will do

• Define and lead the digital marketing strategy across all franchise touchpoints, including channel priorities and investment frameworks.
• Build and evolve a multi-disciplinary digital organization while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Oversee lifecycle marketing strategy across acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
• Partner with Brand, Product, Studios, Media, and Analytics teams to align strategy and execution.
• Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to optimize performance and connect marketing to business impact.
• Champion experimentation with emerging platforms and technologies to advance digital capabilities.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in digital marketing or audience engagement with leadership of high-performing teams.
• Proven track record in gaming, entertainment, or similarly highly engaged ecosystems.
• Deep expertise across social, content, lifecycle marketing, CRM, and audience segmentation.
• Strong understanding of platform ecosystems, creator strategies, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to operate across global markets and influence executive stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
