What you will do

• Build and run performance marketing and user acquisition campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and DSPs.
• Onboard new channels and identify opportunities for the continued growth of mobile titles.
• Partner with Mobile Analytics and Data Science to monitor and optimize critical business metrics.
• Execute complex A/B tests for localization, creatives, geos, and content to enhance ROI.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on cohort performance, channel efficiency, and creative effectiveness.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the growth strategy is executed effectively.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns for down-funnel KPIs.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize multimillion-dollar acquisition budgets.
• Strong analytical skills balanced with demonstrated creative campaign wins.
• Experience with Insertion Order/PO setup, budget pacing, and invoicing.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Santa Monica, CA (4 days per week).
• Experience in mobile gaming or general gaming industry is a plus.
