What you will do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid UA campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google UAC, and DSPs.
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and reporting to hit target KPIs like CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Oversee creative testing pipelines and partner performance to improve efficiency.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends and develop a robust testing roadmap.
- Collaborate with Brand, Product, and Creative teams to align targeting and messaging strategies.
- Partner with Data Science to measure incrementality and portfolio impact.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in app-based user acquisition.
- Proven ability to execute campaigns across Paid Social, ASA, and DSP networks.
- Strong command of performance metrics and conversion funnel analysis.
- Experience working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs), specifically Singular.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI tools or dashboards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Background in Gaming, Casino, or Sports Betting UA campaigns.
- Experience with creative iteration and A/B testing at scale.
- Familiarity with SQL or data-visualization tools like Tableau or Mode Analytics.
- Understanding of influencer and affiliate marketing.
