Director, Major Sales (SaaS): Building and leading a New York-based Majors enterprise sales team with an accent on recruiting top talent, coaching AEs through complex 6-7 figure deals, and establishing sales culture. Focus on driving enterprise revenue growth, navigating complex procurement/legal cycles, and scaling sales operations in the AMER market.

Location: Must be based in New York City with in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.

Salary: $380,000–$430,000 OTE (NYC range).

What you will do

  • Build and lead a New York-based Majors enterprise team within the AMER market.
  • Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing sales team while owning the sourcing process.
  • Coach direct reports on strategies to close complex 6-7 figure enterprise deals.
  • Provide guidance in client meetings and navigate legal, procurement, and security cycles.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasting and monitor team activity and results.
  • Establish sales leadership and culture in the new New York office.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of closing 6-7 figure enterprise deals.
  • Experience selling technical products to technical buyers and developers.
  • Must be based in New York City or within commuting distance.
  • Hands-on leadership style with a focus on team building and coaching.
  • Ability to drive complex sales processes through legal and procurement.
