Location: Must be based in New York City with in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
Salary: $380,000–$430,000 OTE (NYC range).

What you will do
- Build and lead a New York-based Majors enterprise team within the AMER market.
- Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing sales team while owning the sourcing process.
- Coach direct reports on strategies to close complex 6-7 figure enterprise deals.
- Provide guidance in client meetings and navigate legal, procurement, and security cycles.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting and monitor team activity and results.
- Establish sales leadership and culture in the new New York office.
Requirements
- 3+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience.
- Proven track record of closing 6-7 figure enterprise deals.
- Experience selling technical products to technical buyers and developers.
- Must be based in New York City or within commuting distance.
- Hands-on leadership style with a focus on team building and coaching.
- Ability to drive complex sales processes through legal and procurement.
