TL;DR

Senior Tech Lead (Fullstack): Leading a cross-functional product engineering team to plan and deliver features for an AI-powered resource management platform with an accent on .NET and Vue.js architecture. Focus on balancing hands-on technical development with line management, driving engineering objectives, and scaling the application architecture.

Location: Must be based in the UK (Hybrid in Edinburgh preferred).

Salary: £67,000–£80,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Lead and collaborate with a cross-functional team to plan and deliver new product features.
  • Line manage 2-6 software engineers, supporting their personal development and performance.
  • Contribute to architecture, design, and technology decisions.
  • Drive objectives and key results as part of the Engineering leadership team.
  • Analyze, code, test, and release product enhancements.
  • Interview and hire new engineering talent while championing a culture of collaboration.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK.
  • Proven experience as a technical leader with strong emotional intelligence.
  • Strong full-stack development background, ideally with .NET and Vue.js.
  • Experience working with agile development teams on large-scale software products.
  • Ability to break down complex tasks and tackle technical risks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with a supportive and kind approach.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of wider Azure platform services.
  • Experience with complex web interfaces and large DOM views.
  • Background in the Professional Services industry.
  • Experience augmenting team productivity using AI workflows.
