What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 2+ engineers while fostering a high-performing culture.
• Own the web roadmap, defining priorities and driving delivery aligned with growth goals.
• Transform the web team from reactive execution to proactive innovation.
• Drive AI-native web experiences by leveraging the platform and emerging AI tools.
• Partner with marketing, design, and product teams to deliver cohesive initiatives.
• Own web performance metrics, including conversion rates and engagement, through experimentation and optimization.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco or London.
• 8+ years of experience in web engineering, including 1–3+ years in a leadership or team lead role.
• Strong technical background in modern web development (frontend or full-stack).
• Experience owning or contributing to high-impact marketing or product websites.
• Product mindset with the ability to define problems and prioritize work.
• Strong communication skills and experience aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
