Application Development Manager (MS Dynamics 365)

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum + package

What you will do

• Manage software engineering capability and provide line management, coaching, and mentoring for a team of senior software engineers.
• Design, create, test, and document new software components in accordance with security standards and specifications.
• Define, maintain, and improve service availability, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
• Set team-based programming standards and select appropriate development methods and tools.
• Oversee the execution of diverse testing methodologies, including BDD, TDD, Unit, System, Integration, and Load/Stress testing.
• Plan and manage team and supplier activities using project and risk management approaches.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing highly skilled software engineers.
• Must have experience delivering MS Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and .Net applications.
• Strong technical background in software engineering with expertise in DevOps tools and techniques.
• Ability to drive operational efficiencies through automation.
• Web development experience with a strong understanding of accessibility, usability, and web standards.
• Experience utilizing Agile tools and processes, specifically Azure DevOps.
