What you will do

• Lead and develop engineering teams across multiple products, fostering an inclusive culture of ownership and collaboration.
• Shape the technical direction and operating model for the UK domain, collaborating with Product and Architecture.
• Modernize legacy systems and integrate acquired SaaS platforms to build long-term technical foundations.
• Drive the adoption of AI and automation to create value in customer-facing capabilities and engineering productivity.
• Manage the full performance and development cycle for engineers and technical leads.
• Champion modern practices including API-first design, CI/CD, and cloud readiness.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading software engineering teams across multiple products or domains.
• Strong hands-on software development background.
• Experience with complex ecosystems including legacy platforms and acquired products.
• Proficiency in modern engineering practices: cloud architecture, APIs, DevOps, and security.
• Must be based in or able to work in London (Hybrid).
• Professional proficiency in English.

• Experience modernizing platforms within the Microsoft/.NET ecosystem.
