Salary: $85,000–$105,000 plus commission

What you will do

  • Manage and grow service accounts by visiting Tier 1, 2, and 3 customers within the assigned territory.
  • Develop capital plans to address short- and long-term building needs for customers.
  • Prepare repair job proposals and service contract bids by estimating costs and reviewing blueprints.
  • Monitor contract status and ensure customer satisfaction through regular site visits and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to negotiate scopes of work and ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline and assist in accounts receivable collection efforts.

Requirements

  • Must be located in San Francisco, CA
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and drawings.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive follow-up skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
