Location: Hybrid (Austin, Texas) - Requires working in office 3 days per week. Visa sponsorship is NOT available.
Salary: $90,000–$120,000 base pay + commission.

What you will do
- Lead and grow a book of business for mid-market clients, identifying white space opportunities for expansion.
- Manage the full lifecycle of renewals to ensure on-time growth and customer retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Sales Operations.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and account data within Salesforce.com.
- Research key competitors to communicate the company's value proposition with authority.
- Travel up to 30% within the assigned territory to build face-to-face client relationships.
Requirements
- 2+ years of successful B2B software sales experience.
- Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Ability to build trust and command conversations with senior-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Outreach, and Microsoft Office.
- Must be based in Austin, Texas for hybrid office attendance.

- Knowledge of or other Close Management Software.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
