Focus on identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure long-term customer success.

Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $92,200–$98,700 USD (plus variable commission)

What you will do

  • Foster and build relationships with existing customers to identify and close upsell opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on new features to drive high adoption.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer business needs and pain points to provide consultative solutions.
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements and manage the full sales cycle for add-on products.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers and Customer Success teams to prioritize product feedback and ensure retention.
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 2–3 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • 1–2 years of closing experience in a SaaS or software environment.
  • Proven ability to perform consultative sales, including cold prospecting, demoing, and negotiating.
  • Experience upselling multiple products to external stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Salesforce.
