What you will do

• Secure load capacity and monitor shipment status to ensure timely delivery.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with carriers, shippers, and receivers.
• Set up new locations and vendors in the internal system.
• Manage customer rates and fuel surcharges within the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Handle accounts receivables and resolve detention information issues.
• Communicate customer needs and changes to the operations teams.

Requirements

• Must be open to working 5 days per week in the office in Little Rock, Arkansas.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-3 years of professional experience.
• No immigration sponsorship or transfer available for this role.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in transportation or logistics.
