What you will do

• Plan and execute transportation orders to optimize fleet capacity, equipment utilization, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with agents and van operators regarding load planning, routing, and equipment availability.
• Monitor key fleet performance metrics, including utilization and on-time pickup/delivery.
• Manage driver compensation and resolve payment discrepancies in partnership with Payroll.
• Lead the recruiting, onboarding, and qualification process for independent contractors and their equipment.
• Ensure full compliance with internal hirify.global policies and federal DOT/FMCSA regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, fleet operations, or dispatch.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Permanent US work authorization is required.

• Experience working with owner-operators or independent contractors.
• In-depth knowledge of DOT and FMCSA transportation industry regulations.
• Experience utilizing transportation management systems (TMS) or dispatch software.
