What you will do

• Ensure seamless weekly staffing operations by identifying resourcing requirements and deploying talent effectively.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the G&A Staffing team to support daily operations and complex escalations.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership on investment decisions, commercial priorities, and capacity planning.
• Shape and drive regional strategic staffing projects, including digital tool adoption and process harmonization.
• Define and maintain CE-wide staffing standards, decision frameworks, and escalation paths.
• Present transparent updates on supply, demand, and utilization to leadership in collaboration with Finance and People Analytics teams.

Requirements

• University degree in business management, human resources, psychology, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in HR, staffing, or a comparable role within a professional services environment.
• Proven experience managing complex workforce topics and end-to-end process ownership.
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills with the ability to navigate complex discussions at senior leadership levels.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including direct people management or functional leadership.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
