Location: Must be based in or able to work from Munich, Budapest, Prague, Warsaw, or Zurich

What you will do
- Ensure seamless weekly staffing operations by identifying resourcing requirements and deploying talent effectively.
- Provide leadership and coaching to the G&A Staffing team to support daily operations and complex escalations.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership on investment decisions, commercial priorities, and capacity planning.
- Shape and drive regional strategic staffing projects, including digital tool adoption and process harmonization.
- Define and maintain CE-wide staffing standards, decision frameworks, and escalation paths.
- Present transparent updates on supply, demand, and utilization to leadership in collaboration with Finance and People Analytics teams.
Requirements
- University degree in business management, human resources, psychology, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in HR, staffing, or a comparable role within a professional services environment.
- Proven experience managing complex workforce topics and end-to-end process ownership.
- Strong stakeholder relationship skills with the ability to navigate complex discussions at senior leadership levels.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including direct people management or functional leadership.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).

- Experience driving cross-functional projects in a regional or multi-office setup.
