Location: Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland or Lisbon, Portugal)

What you will do

  • Lead the design and implementation of customized OD programs to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Develop organizational diagnostics, including culture surveys and leadership assessments, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Translate OD models into practical frameworks, tools, and guidelines for HR and business leaders.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive development and culture initiatives aligned with business strategy.
  • Support change management and cultural transformation initiatives across the organization.
  • Implement emerging technologies, including AI, to continuously improve OD practices and employee experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an organizational development specialist in a related industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity-building strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Warsaw (Poland) or Lisbon (Portugal).

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in organizational development, organizational psychology, human resources, or a business-related discipline.
