Salary: Base salary from 1,270 € brutto

What you will do

• Identify and assess external trends and emerging leadership topics to drive executive and organizational success.
• Develop future-oriented executive qualification concepts, learning formats, and experiences aligned with business strategy.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for specific target-group executive development programs and interventions.
• Translate qualification requirements across segments and functions into strategic portfolio recommendations.
• Design and facilitate workshops and learning journeys for executive target groups.
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators to evaluate the business impact of development initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in leadership development, organizational development, and executive education.
• Proven experience in designing and managing executive development programs and learning interventions.
• Ability to translate complex business priorities into actionable development solutions.
• Strong project management skills within international and matrix organizations.
• Must be based in Slovakia to be eligible for remote work.
• Proficiency in English.
