What you will do

• Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to translate business priorities into workforce and talent plans.
• Lead workforce planning, including capacity, capability, hiring priorities, and skill gap analysis.
• Support organizational design by defining effective team structures, roles, and reporting lines.
• Own performance and talent management outcomes, including succession planning and retention risks.
• Provide data-supported insights on talent health, organizational effectiveness, and leadership capability.
• Coach senior leaders through change, growth phases, and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a strategic HRBP supporting Engineering, Product, or Technology organizations.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of how technical and product teams create value.
• Expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, and talent reviews.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders using data and business context.
• Fluency in English and Polish required.
