TL;DR

Talent Development Partner (HR): Supporting employee, manager, and team development within a business stream with an accent on identifying skill gaps and designing practical learning solutions. Focus on building the hirify.global learning ecosystem, facilitating workshops, and translating business needs into effective development initiatives.

Location: Temporary remote with mandatory future relocation to Limassol, Cyprus.

What you will do

  • Identify development needs and skill gaps across the organization.
  • Design and deliver learning programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
  • Support manager onboarding and facilitate team workshops.
  • Help managers address team development needs during periods of growth and change.
  • Contribute to the development of hirify.global Academy and shared learning practices.
  • Provide recommendations based on insights and business needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in L&D, Talent Development, HR, or Organizational Development.
  • Experience designing and facilitating workshops and development programs.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into learning solutions.
  • Strong planning and ownership mindset.
  • English: B2+ required.
