Talent Development Partner

Location: Temporary remote with future relocation to Limassol, Cyprus

What you will do

• Identify development needs and skill gaps across the organization.
• Design and deliver learning programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
• Support manager onboarding, manager development, and team workshops during periods of growth and change.
• Coordinate external learning providers and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Contribute to hirify.global Academy and shared learning practices.
• Support internal experts in sharing knowledge and provide recommendations based on business insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Development, HR, or Organizational Development.
• Experience designing and facilitating workshops and development programs.
• Strong communication, facilitation, planning, ownership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with managers and translate business needs into learning solutions.
• Fluent English at B2+ level.
• Readiness to relocate to Cyprus after the temporary remote period.
