Manager, Enterprise (AI)

Location: New York; hybrid model with four or more days per week in the office. Global travel for client work may be required.

Estimated compensation: $100,000–$130,000 annually.

What you will do

• Build and grow relationships with C-suite executives, business leaders, and AI, Product, Marketing, Design, and Data leaders.
• Lead enterprise AI and digital transformation engagements from scoping through discovery, recommendations, and roadmaps.
• Advise clients on AI innovation, digital operating models, target-state capabilities, products, and customer experiences.
• Direct engagement teams, set analytical approaches, review deliverables, and ensure quality, timeliness, and measurable outcomes.
• Design and lead executive workshops and working sessions.
• Develop proposals and business cases, secure follow-on engagements, and contribute to thought leadership and service offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in client-facing work with enterprise or corporate clients.
• Experience leading multi-workstream engagements end to end and directing engagement teams.
• Strong executive presence and experience advising senior stakeholders.
• Ability to structure complex and ambiguous business problems, synthesize findings, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Current knowledge of AI, digital technology, organizational transformation, and digital operating models.
