What you will do

• Process biweekly/semi-monthly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees, including clinicians and corporate staff.
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and benefits contributions.
• Maintain payroll system data integrity and manage updates using TriNet.
• Administer leave of absence programs, including FMLA, ADA, and state/local leave laws.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers throughout the leave lifecycle.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and tax laws in multi-state healthcare employment.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in payroll processing and HR/people operations.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, specifically TriNet.
• Strong understanding of US payroll regulations, wage and hour laws, and tax requirements.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Must be authorized to work in the US to manage domestic payroll and tax compliance.
