Location: Must be based in Boston, MA, USA. This is a hybrid role with onsite expectations of 3 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday).

Salary: $136,085 – $168,105 USD

• Collaborate with enterprise customers to identify and address critical business challenges.
• Support the sales team through discovery calls and tailored product demonstrations.
• Gather and define customer requirements to solve complex technical problems.
• Articulate the value of hirify.global solutions to various stakeholders.
• Evangelize the platform's user experience and capabilities.
• Manage multiple deals simultaneously within a dynamic sales environment.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in Solution Engineering.
• Must be able to work onsite in Boston 3 days per week.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated time management skills in a high-growth sales environment.
• Experience selling SaaS products to SLED/Manufacturing customers or ITSM platforms is preferred.
