Salary: $148,000 - $225,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Design and execute revenue transformation strategies for enterprise GTM leaders.
• Map customer processes to AI-driven workflows to achieve measurable revenue outcomes.
• Drive adoption initiatives to embed hirify.global into daily team rhythms and ensure behavior change.
• Quantify business outcomes and demonstrate strategic ROI to senior stakeholders.
• Own renewal and expansion strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate internally to ensure an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing complex enterprise accounts.
• Proven track record of owning relationships with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience leading value and ROI-focused conversations.
• Must be based in the US.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
