Location: Must be based in the U.S. (Pacific or Mountain Time Zones) or Canada (BC & ON only). This role requires an in-person onboarding session in San Francisco, CA.

Salary: $156,500–$210,000 (USD) depending on geographic zone.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to support active customer opportunities and ensure on-time solution delivery.
• Guide customers through the evaluation process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Conduct deep discovery, solution design, and technical validation.
• Present effective stories through demonstrations that highlight the benefits of the platform.
• Lead hands-on workshops and trials to showcase platform capabilities.
• Represent the customer voice to influence product direction and market strategy.

Requirements

• Must reside in Pacific or Mountain Time Zones.
• Must be based in the U.S. or Canada (BC & ON only).
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer.
• Strong understanding of APIs and web programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Ability to drive a consultative approach and creatively solve problems using AI.
• Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
