What you will do
- Lead, manage, and proactively grow relationships with key clients and agency partners.
- Run product update discussions, educate brands and agencies on Snap products, and advise on best practices to drive performance.
- Partner through the RFP process with account executives and creative strategists to develop insight-driven digital campaigns on .
- Analyze campaign performance data, define KPI-driven measurement strategies, identify trends, optimize campaigns, and recommend upsell opportunities.
- Increase adoption and engagement of Snap’s self-service platform and auction-based tools, providing technical support and real-time analysis.
- Lead complex, cross-functional work streams and develop best-in-class case studies for a test-and-learn agenda.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience using complex data to evaluate success metrics and create data stories that drive campaign performance, or 5+ years working with clients on brand strategy and in-depth data analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong ability to analyze datasets and deliver actionable insights.
- Expert understanding of advertising performance metrics and proven experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of media management in a biddable auction advertising environment and ability to educate advertisers and agencies.
- Experience in the digital media industry with a focus on performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, or programmatic real-time bidding marketplaces.
- Exceptional communication and organizational/prioritization skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
