Salary: $121,000–$214,000 annually (based on pay zone).

What you will do

  • Identify and secure business opportunities with brands and agencies.
  • Drive revenue by providing strategic media solutions and consultative support.
  • Act as the primary business owner for partnerships with client senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop sales propositions and presentations using market trends and data.
  • Mentor junior team members and implement best practices for client interaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, or media sales.
  • Must be able to work from a hirify.global office 4+ days per week.
  • Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital advertising.
  • Proven track record of engaging and partnering with C-Level executives.
  • Strong existing relationships with top marketing decision-makers.
