What you will do

  • Manage and grow hirify.global DSP's publisher and SSP partnerships globally.
  • Leverage AI-assisted data analysis to optimize SSP performance and identify systemic issues.
  • Implement AI-driven efficiencies to replace repetitive reporting with automated workflows.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Ad Operations, and Finance to support supply enablement and activation.
  • Own the onboarding process for new publishers to hirify.global Backstage and provide optimization guidance.
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations to meet KPIs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a large media, technology, agency, or consulting company.
  • Deep knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, and other programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Docs with a commitment to AI-augmentation (e.g., Gemini).
  • Strong ability to evaluate and validate AI-generated data outputs for accuracy.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be based in the USA (implied by US-specific benefits and corporate structure).

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year university.
  • Experience in digital marketing or publisher development.
  • Prior client-facing experience.
