Compensation: $150,000–$200,000 base salary, plus bonus

What you will do

• Manage and grow relationships with key advertisers and agency partners as their primary point of contact.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and revenue delivery.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve advertiser outcomes and secure long-term account retention.
• Partner with Sales teams on onboarding, account expansion, and strategic revenue initiatives.
• Collaborate with Ad Operations, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues and improve platform capabilities.
• Educate advertisers on best practices for creative optimization and targeting strategies.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in account management or sales development within digital advertising.
• Direct experience managing client-side relationships with advertisers, agencies, or DSPs.
• Proven analytical mindset with deep expertise in interpreting performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex accounts autonomously.
