Salary: $125,000 - $225,000 yr

What you will do

• Pitch and place Arena Physica’s story by building relationships with reporters and editors, especially in hardware, deep tech, and AI
• Own and grow the social presence by setting public voice and content cadence
• Lead co-marketing with customers and partners on joint storytelling that amplifies both sides
• Drive thought leadership by partnering with authors to share perspectives and ideas
• Travel domestically and internationally (up to 30% of time)
• Work in person at Arena Physica’s NYC HQ when not traveling

Requirements

• 5+ years in communications, ideally in policy, government, or similarly high-scrutiny environments
• Established network of reporters and editors, with real relationships at top-tier publications (ideally covering hardware and/or AI)
• Proven track record of building and growing brand presence and public voice
• Exceptional written and verbal storytelling (from short messages to op-eds and executive talking points)
• Experience advising communications in critical moments, including sensitive disclosures and high-stakes announcements
• Strong end-to-end execution and creative problem-solving
