Location: Must be based in the United States, Ontario, or British Columbia.
Salary: $153,750–$205,000 USD (US) / $163,744–$218,325 CAD (Canada).

What you will do
- Lead and grow a high-performing team across content, brand, PR, social, and proposals.
- Define and execute brand strategy and narrative systems that align with business goals.
- Develop thought leadership and media strategies to strengthen visibility and credibility.
- Serve as a strategic communications advisor to senior leadership and executives.
- Establish media monitoring, competitive intelligence, and crisis communications protocols.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in communications, corporate marketing, or brand leadership.
- Must be based in the U.S., Ontario, or British Columbia.
- Proven track record in a fast-growing B2B SaaS or mission-driven tech company.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience shipping messaging frameworks and narrative platforms.
- No visa sponsorship available.
Nice to have
- Experience communicating to or about public sector, government, or civic audiences.
- Background in transit, mobility, transportation, or civic technology.
