Compensation: $92,300 — $153,800 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Lead complex pre-sales engagements including discovery, architecture design, and solution positioning.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to IT practitioners, architects, and senior leadership.
• Deliver compelling technical demonstrations and executive-level presentations.
• Design and manage proof-of-concepts (POCs) to technical closure.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to influence solution architecture and product direction.
• Create tailored proposals and contribute to enterprise-scale RFP responses.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in pre-sales systems engineering, solutions architecture, or related technical customer-facing roles.
• Strong foundational background in enterprise infrastructure, including data resilience, virtualization, cloud services, and networking.
• Ability to proactively own technical execution for assigned sales opportunities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for leading technical workshops and executive presentations.
• Must be based in or near Alpharetta, GA as this is an office-based role.
• Understanding of data security, governance, and regulatory considerations.

Nice to have

• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid-cloud architectures.
• Knowledge of containerized platforms like Kubernetes and data protection for containerized workloads.
• Familiarity with API-driven automation, PowerShell, or Python scripting.
• Relevant technical certifications in cloud, security, or infrastructure.
