What you will do

• Lead onboarding execution and define customer success plans for enterprise accounts.
• Partner with sales teams to drive Falcon Flex adoption and expansion within existing accounts.
• Conduct business value analyses to demonstrate ROI and financial impact to clients.
• Deliver Executive Quarterly Business Reviews (EQBRs) to key decision-makers.
• Identify and remediate risks to customer success and value realization.
• Support renewal cycles to minimize customer attrition and ensure long-term relationship growth.

Requirements

• Must be located in the US West region (MST/PST)
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience
• Deep understanding of enterprise sales environments and decision-making processes.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to calculate and communicate ROI metrics.
• Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships and consultative selling.
• Ability to travel up to 40% for customer and internal meetings.
