What you will do

  • Partner with executives to define hiring needs, align on priorities, and shape engineering talent strategies.
  • Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to engage exceptional technical talent for niche and senior-level roles.
  • Lead the full hiring process from outreach to offer, ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Utilize recruiting metrics and market insights to influence decisions and improve efficiency.
  • Promote interviewer calibration and strengthen the employer brand to attract diverse, high-quality talent.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an in-house corporate talent acquisition environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring across multiple software engineering disciplines.
  • Experience sourcing and closing senior-level technical talent up to the Director level.
  • Strong ability to partner with and influence senior engineering leaders and executives.
  • Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth, or scaling environment.
