What you will do

• Manage full-life cycle recruitment for non-exempt hires, including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation.
• Implement marketing strategies aligned with the company brand and EVP to attract diverse talent.
• Utilize Workday, social media, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter to build talent pipelines.
• Administer candidate assessments and provide regular calibration updates to hiring teams and HRBPs.
• Represent the organization at local career fairs and college campuses.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or high-volume sales.
• US Work Authorization required; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Experience in non-exempt, hourly, or call center operations recruiting.
• Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, and market research.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in insurance or financial services recruiting.
• Familiarity with Workday ATS.
