What you will do

  • Partner with hiring managers from intake to offer, ensuring alignment on judgment and hiring quality.
  • Own the Success Profile for each search and define strong performance in business terms.
  • Recruit for highly technical teams (Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, Platform) and build domain fluency.
  • Run structured, high-quality interview processes with clear ownership, calibration, and no duplication.
  • Diagnose funnel friction using data and pattern recognition, then drive scalable improvements.
  • Improve ways of working using reusable frameworks, automation, and AI-enabled recruiting workflows.

Requirements

  • Strong experience recruiting for highly technical roles, with credible conversations about scope, seniority, and talent quality.
  • Sound judgment and a clear quality-bar mindset.
  • Deep curiosity to go beyond surface-level understanding into technical domains.
  • Rigorous, methodical approach with structure, clarity, and consistency.
  • Strong stakeholder partnership skills, including confidence to push back when quality is at risk.
  • Excellent communication in English.
