Location: Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco, CA hub

Salary: $37.50 - $65.40 per hour (approx. $78,000 - $136,032 annually)

What you will do

  • Manage US onboarding and offboarding processes, including HR system workflows, background checks, and I9 verification.
  • Assist with bi-weekly in-person onboarding logistics at the San Francisco hub.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR data, benefits, and employment verification.
  • Partner with IT and Payroll stakeholders to maintain accurate employee records.
  • Support the processing of employee changes, including compensation and manager updates.
  • Maintain internal documentation and ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws.
