Salary: $76,000–$132,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage HRIS data and maintain accurate employee life-cycle records.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the new hire onboarding program.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding HR policies and programs.
  • Support the HR team with employee relations investigations and conflict resolution.
  • Assist with HR reporting, audit requests, and employment verifications.
  • Facilitate site-wide events and support recruitment-related activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorization.
  • Must be local to Palo Alto, CA or willing to relocate.
  • Minimum 6 months of administrative or HR experience.
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workday, Greenhouse, or UltiPro.
  • 1+ years of professional HR experience.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR trends.
